Transient beam loading with passive Harmonic cavity

Dear All,
I want to see the effect of different filling patterns on the bunch length in presence of passive harmonic cavity for my case. Just to start with, can any one help me and share some example files.

There's a README file that gives some guidance. The script generateBunchTrain is used to make the fill pattern.
