Transient beam loading with passive Harmonic cavity

Dear All,
I want to see the effect of different filling patterns on the bunch length in presence of passive harmonic cavity for my case. Just to start with, can any one help me and share some example files.

There's a README file that gives some guidance. The script generateBunchTrain is used to make the fill pattern.

Dear Dr. Borland,
I use elegant example file "touschekWithHHCFromTracking" for simulation of Touschek beam lifetime with a parasitic 4th-harmonic RF cavity and got results. In this example "generate bunch train" command is not used. Can you please send example file in which bunch train command is used for simulation of bunch length and Touschek lifetime simultaneously in bunch trains?

Dear Dr. Borland,
Please find attached example file for simulation of Touschek lifetime in presence of passive harmonic RF cavity which I received from you earlier. I want to study Touschek lifetime with uniform and non uniform RF buckets fill, due to transient beam loading, bunch length will be different in bunch train along the beam path. In non uniform fill due to different bunch length, bunch-by-bunch Touschek lifetime will be different. Please help me how to simulate bunch-by-bunch bunch length and Touschek lifetime using generate bunch train command.
