Hello!
I discovered a good example of ramping up sextupoles for finding closed orbit and correcting it in presence of strong sextupoles and errors. Unfortunately, vary_element function does not support wildcards and type parameter which is somewhat an inconvenience.
Is it possible to add these features?

Mikhail,
I'll look into adding that. Meanwhile, you can use the link_elements feature to reduce the inconvenience.
