Hi,
I had some weird problems with my home catalog on our network, and long story short, it ended up with me having to get a new account and move all my old files (My documents, etc., I run Win10 64 bit) to the new account.
After this, when I try to run elegant, I get this error message: error: "RPN_DEFNS environment variable undefined. Must define or provide -rpnDefns commandline option." I don't remember ever doing anything with this parameter, and I can't figure out what to do about it. I tried reinstalling elegant and the SDDS toolkit, but it didn't solve the problem. Also tried pointing it to rpnlib.dll in the elegant folder, but it didn't like that either.
Can anyone please tell me what to do here? It feels like something that should be easily fixed if I'd just known how.
Best regards
Jonas
rpn definitions missing
Re: rpn definitions missing
You can get the file here:
http://www.aps.anl.gov/asd/oag/downloads/defns.rpn
Then set the environment variable RPN_DEFNS to the this file's location on your system.
