Dispersion optimization with an offset beam

Hi Michael,

actually I was wrong about the bunch length using center element (as you said). I tried to use MALIGN element to bring back the beam into the center of pipe and it works but still I cannot get the correct bunch length!!. I was wondering if there is another way to do that while getting correct Ss by tracking.
