Dear elegant users and experts,
I have a further question concerning my elegant optimizations. In a conference proceeding from ICAP2000 (in Darmstadt/Germany) from Michal there was introduced a "save_parameters command which writes an SDDS file that can be used with load_parameters to restore the configuration of the lattice at the time the save was made".
My tests to use this command like the save_lattice command (which works fine) at the end of an optimization failed and my question was if I did something wrong or if the save_parameters command is not implement any more or if it was probably replaced by a new command. The command is not listed in the online manual.
Thanks again in advance for your help!
Best regards,
Matthias

Re: save_parameters command in elegant
Matthias,
Sorry for the confusion. There isn't a separate save_parameters command. Instead, one gives a value for the parameters field of the &run_setup command. This will result in saving the parameters to the named file at the end of optimization.
