I am new to elegant. If I Know the twiss parameters of two points, how to design a matching section between them?

The examples file, described in section 11 of the manual and available from https://ops.aps.anl.gov/cgi-bin/oagLog4 ... les.tar.gz, provides several examples of beta function matching. I suggest starting there.
