Would love if coreEmittance (and several other scripts) would work on Windows. It's becoming increasingly difficult in my workflow to transfer files back and forth to a Linux system.

Are you having problems when using cygwin on Windows, or some other shell?

An option is to run linux in a virtual machine on your Windows box. You should be able to share files without any transferring between systems.
