optimization in Elegant

Hi Michael,

Is there a way to extend the indicated functionality of the optimization command in Elegant? For example, can I use sdds commands to manipulate the output files (such as the output files from the Watch elements) and put the expression in the optimization equations? I could realize this using the external sddsoptimize however the internal optimization is much faster according to my experience.

There's no way to do this now, but it wouldn't be that hard to add it. I'll add it to the to-do list for the next release.
