The systematic and random multipole errors of CSBEND

Dear Michael,
I notice that in the definition of element CSBEND, there are no SYSTEMATIC_MULTIPOLES and RANDOM_MULTIPOLES items, how shall I deal with it if I want to include the systematic and random multipole errors of dipoles when doing DA tracking?
Thanks!

Sorry I didn't see this item sooner. CSBEND is different from KQUAD and KSEXT in that it includes explicit parameters for the higher multipoles. You can use K1, K2, K3, ..., K8 or
B1, B2, B3, ..., B8. Please see this link for more details:

http://www.aps.anl.gov/Accelerator_Syst ... ode93.html

You can set these in the input file (or using alter_elements) to give the systematic multipoles. To add the random multipoles, use error_element with additive=1 (to add to the systematic values already there).
