Version 30.1 has been released, primarily as a bug-fix release.

• Fixed recently-introduced bug in moments_output computations for beamlines with CSBEND elements having nonzero ETILT.
• Fixed bug in touschek scattering simulation that caused incorrect results when KQUAD and KSEXT elements were present with RANDOM_MULTIPOLES file specified.

Some new features were also added. See the manual for more information.
