Hi Michael,
For the WATCH element, if I define the Fraction=0.1, the Charge parameter in the dumped file will be scaled by the Fraction. this is not correct. For example, with 10 M particles, 100pC, I only want to dump 1M particles, but the parameter Charge value in the files should be still 100pC, not scaled to 10 pC.
The 2014 version was okay. but in the 2016 version we see this problem. Maybe I didn't use it correctly in the new version?

Is this for Pelegant or elegant, or both?

it seems both in elegant and Pelegant during my tests.
