A bug was introduced in the last version of the program ibsEmittance, causing it to incorrectly compute the vertical emittance.

A corrected version will be posted shortly. Meanwhile, if you need the program, I suggest using the previous released version.

Bob Soliday has updated the elegant packages for all platforms to revert to a previous version of ibsEmittance that is believed to be bug-free.

If you use this program, please update to the latest version.
