I discovered that backtracking is not working correctly for two elements

1. CCBEND
2. KQUAD with EDGE1_EFFECTS=1 and/or EDGE2_EFFECTS=1.

For those who build from source, the attached ZIP file contains fixes for the KQUAD problem. The CCBEND problem is still under study.
