Version 2025.3 released

Version 2025.3 has been released. Changes are detailed in the manual.

It includes several bug fixes and enhancements, the most significant of which is the addition of intrabeam scattering calculations using the diffusion matrix approach of Kubo and Oide.

Dear all, I faced a problem concerns module of correction.
It is not run correctly on Windows 10/11 with the latest Elegant version.
Two archives are attached. One for elegant usage and another one for Pelegant usage. There are log files in the attachments.
Note that the attached files were correctly treated by the earlier version of Elegant.
What is happened?

I see this issue has been fixed for the next release. I will post a pre-release version here with the fix in a few minutes.
