I would like to know how elegant treats beam loading when adding the longitudinal wake for tracking.

If you are using the WAKE or ZLONGIT elements, only single-pass beam-loading effects are included, since these elements model the short-range wake.

If you want multi-pass beam-loading, then you should use the RFMODE element to add cavity modes.
