elegant 26.0.2 released

Version 26.0.2 of elegant has been released and is available for download.
An updated manual is available here.
This version contains a number of important bug fixes and new features. Wiggler elements (CWIGGLER and WIGGLER) are now supported by the moments_output command (calculation of fully-coupled beam moments with damping and radiation excitation).
