Hi,

Has anyone seen this error in .log files?

Copying files: done
running elegant for chromaticity, DA, LMA
Check /lnec/sources/physmach/gavaldax/SOLEIL/mogaring_slurm/examples_from_cero_to_avoid_corruption_problems/SOLEIL_1/optim1_SOLEIL_errorLevel_1_0-000001-main.log for status
tracking:
processing failed: couldn't execute "processJob1": text file or pseudo-device busy

These errors reduce the number of nodes used by time and the process lose efficiency

Is it related with the waiting time defined in processJob1?

Sorry for the late response. The forum is not sending me notifications reliably.

I've never seen this in our runs. I wonder if you have a NFS or other slow file system? It might be helpful to modify the submission scripts to copy the files to the local drive of the execution node.
