use a tilted CSBEND to correct kick

Dear Michael,
My beamline consists mainly of (HKICK, ..., tilted CSBEND, ... ). The CSBEND is tilted in such a way that it corrects the horizontal kick from the upstream HKICK back to zero , and at the same time bends the beam vertically. This means that I need something corrects the trajectory in the horizontal plane, but changes the reference orbit in the vertical plane.
I am thinking of replacing the tilted CSBEND with a zero-length HICK, followed by a vertical CSBEND...
Do you know how to work around this problem? What would you recommend?
Thanks in advance!
best regards,
Minjie
