Appending sdds pages instead of rewriting

Dear all,
is there a way to change elegant behaviour of rewriting all the files? I would like to make many runs changing the random seed and it would be nice to have the results in different pages of the same sdds files.
That would allow me also to make this: https://www.aps.anl.gov/Accelerator_Sys ... =367#p1543 ...
