elegant 19.1 released

Version 19.1 of elegant has been released on our software download page
In addition to several bug fixes, some significant new features are available. Combined quadrupole/sextupole elements where added, as
were kick maps. The ability to model particles other than electrons was added. A new program to compute the shielded CSR impedance is
also included.
For details, see the manual.
The elegant example files have also been updated. Included is an example of using the shielded CSR impedance for to model a CSR instability in a ring.
