Hi,
I would like to ask how beam stay clear is usually determined in elegant for a storage ring or a transport line. If anyone could suggest the recommended workflow in elegant or share a simple example, it would be very helpful.

Monika,

You can use the acceptance values and beta functions from the twiss_output file for BSC computation. The acceptance includes the effect of optics and orbit.
