Could someone show me how to generate user defined 6D histogram for touschek_scatter using MHISTOGRAM elements? Having difficulties figuring this out.

The format is the same as that output by the MHISTOGRAM element. The manual page for that element gives more details.

To get you started, the attachment below includes several examples of files used by A. Xiao for touschek_scattering simulations.
