elegant 2019.4 released

Version 2019.4 of elegant has been released, with a number of bug fixes and enhancements.

BTW, may it be, that this new release is not published on the download server yet?
I get a 404 when I try to download https://ops.aps.anl.gov/downloads/elega ... x86_64.rpm , but I can download it when replacing the version to e.g. 2019.1.1-1.
