I want to measure the beam emittance by pepper-pot. the accesory is my elegant files. when I run it ,I always be puzzled by a question,that is as follows: I don't know where I'm wrong. my inital rms emittance is 1.25e-9, betax=5e-3, p_central=800, so the initial beam size is 2.5um. Is there any one can help me ? Thank you very much!

See my response to your post on the other issue (pepper pot emittance). Also, reading the manual more carefully would be helpful to you as you learn elegant.
