Thank you, Michael,

But even with emittances_from_twiss_command = 0, there is no output also.

Guohui,

Sorry, my mistake. Add

Code: Select all

emittances_from_twiss_command = 0
to the &coupled_twiss_output command.

Guohui,

Yes, unfortunately there is a bug in the released version. I'll send you the output file from the development version, just FYI.

Hi Michael,

Thank you so much.
And I think Dynamic aperture is OK with coupling section for a ring lattice because &find_aperture(as follow) is based on track.
Is it right?

Thank you again.

guohui

&find_aperture
output = "%s-check.aper",
mode = n-lines,
n_lines = 41,
xmin = -0.0015,
xmax = 0.0015,
ymin = 0
ymax = 0.001,
nx = 21,
ny = 11,
n_splits = 8,
desired_resolution = 0.000001,
offset_by_orbit = 1,
verbosity = 1
&end

Guohui,

The latest version of elegant , 34.2.0, fixes these problems and includes computation of the tunes for coupled motion.
