Hi,
I used the ion_effect command and IONEFFECTS element to simulated the effect of residual gas on beam quality.I used the earlier version(I forgot the version number, maybe elegant 34.3.1),I could get some information, like the ion number increase as the increase of tracking turns. But when I update elegant version to 2019.3.0,I found the ion_effects command was improved in several ways,I try the examples in the direction: elegantExamples/APSRing/ionEffects1,the output is strange, the ion number keep constant,do I need to reset the parameters or the gas files after the software update?

I found another problem, when I run “elegant Basic.ele”,there is an Error reported:Intel MKL FATAL ERROR: Cannot load mkl_intel_thread.dll.
I use the Windows 10 system,I'm not sure it's the setup of my computer or else, this error report did not occur in earlier elegant versions.
