Use_rad_dist in CSRCSBEND

Hi Michael,

My machine has CSRCSBENDs in and i'm doing some diagnostics - turning features on and off. I'd like to try USE_RAD_DIST = 1, like in CSBENDs, but it doesn't seem to recognise the option. Has this not been implemented yet?

Pete,

That feature hasn't been implemented for CSRCSBEND.

I'll add it to the list.
