Hi all,
How to plot chirp as a function of s, along the beamline?

Charles,

You can plot the s56 element of the sigma matrix, from the run_setup 'sigma' output file.

How is that quantity related to the momentum_chirp under bunched_beam?

Should be c = s56/Ss^2, where c is the momentum chirp.
