Using sddsurgent to calculate undulator radiation

Sorry it took so long to resolve this. The problem is that the default calculation for sddsfluxcurve is the flux through a pinhole. However, the default pinhole size is zero.

So you should be able to resolve this by
1. Using a different calculation mode, e.g., -mode=total or -mode=density
2. Defining the pinhole size and distance with the -pinhole option
