oagtclsh and MAC 10.8.3

Is there any way to install oagtclsh on a MAC running 10.8.3?

I created a version of oagtclsh on Mac OSX version 10.7.5, but I am fairly certain it will run on 10.8.3.

Unpack this file and it will create a few files under oagtcltk. Read through the included INSTRUCTIONS file to set your PATH, HOST_ARCH and TCLLIBPATH environment variables.

oagtclsh is just a symlink to /usr/bin/tclsh but this package does includes our Tcl extensions and Tcl/Tk library routines.
