The two attachment file are the output files using Pelegant with Debian Linux and Cygwin on Windows,with Cygwin, the output file is GOOD,the output file with Debian is not, two output file size is not consistent...

On my computer,there are two mpiexec commands
/usr/bin
/home/tiansk/elegant/mpich2-1.1/bin/

the second one is in my account,that is the mpiexec command I wanted so

I changed the ~/.bashrc file and change the PATH.

The problem is resolved.
