Yes I did have a twiss command, quoting the optimization equation does not help.

Thanks, that was the problem. I did download the Intel version and it worked ( sorry did not note that there were two different versions for mac)

Is there an element in Elegant that can work as a triple combined magnet (= Quad+Sext+Oct) ?
I have used KQUSE for Quad+ Sext but I would like to have an Octu. filed as well along the same magnet
