I have try uninstalling elegant and SDDSToolKit and then reinstall them many times.
The problem exist still.
I try on many different computers. All met the problem.

I upgrade to Elegant22 and SDDS Version June 4, 2009 in windowsXP.
When I run the elegant and other program.
It tell me permission denied.
I don't know why?

The only changing is change elegant to elegant.exe.
It can run no problem.
