unknown token: dtor
Hi all, I'm having a strange error on Mac OS, namely: unknown token: dtor I get it when running my script, but also can reproduce by just running rpn from the terminal and giving the dtor command: eduroam-0758:sdds VladLibov$ rpn Welcome to rpn version 6, by Michael Borland and Robert Soliday (June ...

Re: error: Less than 2 bins for CSR
Hi Michael, indeed I was using 33.1.1 ! After I updated to 34.0.1 everything works. However I'm anyway a bit puzzled, since the .lte/.ele files I'm using are a few years old (not those I've sent you as examples), so even elegant versions older than mine should work.... Anyway, main thing it works no...

error: Less than 2 bins for CSR
Dear Michael, I was often getting the following error when using CSRCSBEND (see attachements): error: Less than 2 bins for CSR! Program trace-back: After some playing around I found out, that if I replace INTEGRATION_ORDER = "order_integration" by INTEGRATION_ORDER = 2 , the error is gone! So variab...

Compounds and MATTER element
Dear Michael, I'm trying to simulate a thin foil in the beam line, e.g. a Kapton. The manual says, for thin materials one should provide A and Z (also rho) in addition to X0. What is the meaning of these for a compound? (molecule) Is it the average over the atoms which the molecule consists of? (sth...

Vertex point (-VP) vs magnet center (-C)
Dear Michael, I'm using floor_coordinates command to get the absolute coordinates of the magnets. For dipoles, one can get three points: the vertex point (-VP), the magnet center (-C) and the exit. My question is: how is the center defined? Is it the center of the line connecting entrance and exit? ...
