This bug was introduced when I refined the calculation of radiation integrals to better include orbit effects. The fix was pretty simple, see attached.

The problem is caused by dipole magnet called R.MB12, which has ANGLE=0. I'm not sure why it is a problem now and not in the previous version, but I'll find a solution now that I can see it.

Monika, I don't understand why it isn't submitting more jobs. Can you verify that you have a set of files with extension .proc? Also, can you upload the input file you use with geneticOptimizer? I'm looking for the MOGA example files. They used to be on our web page but I don't see them now. --Michael

You should see several additional files created by the geneticOptimizer script with names matching optim1.*. In particular, look for optim1.sort, which will have summary data for all runs that has been sorted. There will be a column Rank that gives the ranks from the non-dominated sort. The geneticO...
