I am questioning what the higher order terms consist of when asking for higher order terms in a quadrupole. E.g. by setting: quad, order=4. Thank you for the quick reply. Yes, it would be awesome and I believe useful for a number of people to have a lens element. An upright quadrupole with the option to set the same focusing for x and y would do the job as a simple lens.
