Example of using sddsoptimize to perform an optimization with elegant.

In this example, we optimize a common fudge factor for quadrupoles to best match measured horizontal and vertical response matrices.

quadUniformVarFile.sdds  : sddsoptimize configuration file. 
quadUniformMeasScript : script file to perform a "measurement" for sddsoptimize
quadUniformRunScript : script file to perform a run for sddsoptimize
ptb.lte : lattice file used by quadUniformRunScript
standard_quadUniform.ele : elegant input file used by quadUniformRunScript
standard-H.sdds, standard-V.sdds : data we are trying to match
