Beamline converted from AT example.
Because errors already specified, each element is given a unique name.
Basically, there are errors that look like kicks, rotations and  misalignments,
and then there are corrector magnets to get the closed orbit reasonable.

Running run_twi.ele seems to be okay, gets closed orbit and twiss parameters.

However, run_mom.ele fails to run, cannot calculate equilibrium moments.
Get the following error message:
   Warning: particle acquired undefined slopes when integrating through kick multipole
also show some MKL errors

I tried reducing the number of elements which have errors, and when I just
took a single sector sometimes I could get moments_output to give results
but they did not make sense - some emittances were negative.  I'm not 
sure if it even makes sense to have the 'ring' be only one sector
(<< 360 degrees total bending).
