We plan to publish a workshop proceedings containing the summaries of the session moderators plus papers of all invited and contributed talks as an Argonne report. Authors are asked to use the 8.5 x 11 inch single-column AIP format for their papers. The recommended maximum paper length is ten pages.
Please submit your papers to RFSC@aps.anl.gov no later than December 23, 2004.
