January 6, 2003   Dear Exhibitor, We'd like to invite you to join us for the 2004 Advanced Photon Source Users Meeting, which will be held in the APS Conference Center at Argonne National Laboratory, May 4--6 (Tuesday--Thursday), 2004. The set-up day for exhibitors will be Monday, May 3. The APS user community grew by over 500 new users in FY 2003, and the trend shows no signs of slowing. We expect that this meeting will offer you an excellent opportunity to meet with a wide range of researchers and scientists! Once again, exhibitor registration for the APS Users Meeting is Web based. Exhibit registration materials and meeting-related information are posted on the Web at www.aps.anl.gov/conferences/2004um. To offer more space and improved traffic flow, we've established a fixed refreshment area and limited the number of two-table slots available. Please remember that space is assigned on a first-registered, first-served basis; plan to reserve your location early. A completed registration form and full payment must be received by April 1, 2004, to ensure reservation of your desired location.
