We invite you to support the conference by taking a booth at the 2002 Free Electron Laser Conference and Workshop Industrial Exhibit. The International Free Electron Laser Conference is held every year at different locations throughout the world. The 2002 FEL Conference plans to offer an Industrial Exhibit where international companies can advertise their products and expertise. The conference will cover new developments in all aspects of the science, technology, and use of free-electron lasers. It should also provide a channel of communications for accelerator scientists and engineers and persons concerned with the applications of free-electron lasers. We anticipate that approximately 250 scientists and engineers who specialize in the design and use of free-electron lasers will attend.

Booth Rate:
$1600.00 (U.S.); includes one full conference registration, i.e., attendance at all sessions, copy of the proceedings, and lunches.

Reservation of
Exhibit Space
  • For each exhibit space reserved, payment is required with reservation.
  • The Exhibit Coordinator will try to honor exhibit space request based on the order in which reservations are received.
  • Refund policy: An administrative fee of $100 will be withheld for any cancellation received in writing prior to June 28, 2002. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after June 28, 2002.
  • The Conference reserves the right to approve the character of any display and to prohibit any display that, because of noise or other objectionable feature, detracts from the scientific and educational nature of the exhibit.
  • During the hours the exhibit is open, each booth must be attended by persons technically qualified to explain and demonstrate the equipment or services displayed.
  • Shipping and storage of crates and containers will be arranged separately. The rates for this service will be provided in the exhibitors kit.
  • Arrangements for any additional furniture and/or fittings will be made later.
  • Further details will be provided to registered exhibitors.

You can also support the conference by sponsoring the welcome reception, coffee breaks, or supplies as listed on the FEL2002 Sponsorships Web page. Any such sponsorships will be fully acknowledged at the conference and in the conference program.

Accommodations:
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Argonne Guest House at the conference rate of $65/night + tax single or $75/night + tax double occupancy. Due to limited availability of rooms, we strongly urge you to make your reservations early and directly with the Guest House. If making reservations by phone, be sure to indicate that you will be attending FEL2002 to receive the conference room rate.
