Posters will be displayed in Building 438, Pentagons A and B, and the poster boards will be available Monday, August 3. Poster Sessions are scheduled for Wednesday, August 4, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. and for Friday, August 7, from 3:30 to 5:15 p.m. Posters may be set up any time prior to the session for which they have been scheduled and may be left in place until Saturday, August 8. (To determine in which session a particular poster has been scheduled, check the index. Posters numbered in the 100 series are scheduled for Wednesday; those in the 200 series are scheduled for Friday.)
Each two-sided poster board will accommodate four posters, and the boards are numbered. Each presenter has a 4-ft. high x 3.5-ft. wide (1.22-m high x 1.10-m wide) cork surface on which to mount materials, and an envelope with push pins is attached beside each poster number. Additional push pins can be obtained at the conference registration table.
Presenters are expected to attend their posters during the session in which their work has been scheduled. If there are any questions regarding poster set-up or display, as at the conference registration table.
