X-ray Instrumentation Associates develops and sells high performance components for x-ray experimentation. The current product line includes a 4-channel, high-speed digital x-ray spectrometer, with time-resolution option, for instrumenting multi-element detector arrays; a differential pump that suppresses the straight-through beam; and an in-hutch shutter/filter set with control electronics.
