Conference Banquet

Chicago's famous Spirit of Chicago, one of Chicago's premier harbor cruise ships, is the site for our conference banquet. Participants will have an opportunity to enjoy the company of colleagues as they view the Chicago harbor and skyline from the water. The Spirit docks at Navy Pier; bus transportation will be provided between the Pier and the APS and from Navy Pier to the conference hotels and the APS following the cruise.

Picnic

A picnic will be held concurrently with a self-guided APS tour and APS Collaborative Access Team (CAT) Open Houses. These informal events will allow participants to relax, enjoy casual summer dining, informally tour APS experimental and accelerator facilities, meet with members of the APS CATs, and visit CAT facilities. Weather permitting, the picnic will be held on the lower outdoor terrace section of the APS Conference Center.
