Please follow the instructions/guidelines below to enter the points and their coordinates:

• The origin of the XY coordinates must be at the center of the beam footprint. The horizontal direction is represented by the X-axis, and the vertical by the Y-axis (see the figure below).
• Do not enter Z-coordinates
• The data can be entered manually or pasted in the left textarea. Values can be separated by comma, space, semicolon, or quotes.
• Zero values must be entered explicitly (white space or blanks will not work)
